Visitor Services Team Leader II

Come and be part of an inspiring team! As a Visitor Services Team Leader, you will have a direct impact on the quality of the visitor experience in the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve. As the supervisor of the Visitor Services Attendant team, you will provide our team with structure and support in order for them to provide the best quality information to the visitors. Whether visitors are looking for a map, information about the tours or interpretation activities, a camping experience or an oTENTik or Oasis rental, your role is to ensure that they leave with a feeling satisfied with their experience.

A process is underway to fill a seasonal position (26 weeks with the possibility of extension) on the Public Services Commission of Canada's website. This process may be used to create a list of qualified candidates to staff similar positions with various tenures within the Mingan Fiel Unit.
