Description
Housed in a home dating back to 1873, Musée Louis-Langlois features an exhibit that tells the story of the shipwreck of Admiral Hovenden Walker's English fleet off Île aux OEufs in 1711. Admire the many artifacts recovered from the sea that bear witness to this important historic event.
Another exhibit features a comprehensive collection of period photographs and objects that evoke the history of the village and the daily life of its residents.
You'll also find a local tourist office, picnic areas and beach access.
